We are a marketing agency specializing in helping dental clinics across Alberta grow their online presence. We create engaging, trend-driven social-media content that attracts new patients and builds strong local brands. We’re looking for a confident, creative professional who can represent our clients on camera and support our in-office marketing activities.
About the Role
This is a hybrid position combining on-location content creation and in-office marketing coordination.
You’ll visit dental clinics in the Calgary and Edmonton areas to film short-form videos, take photos, and capture engaging social content. When not on site, you’ll work from our Calgary office assisting the marketing team with campaign planning, content scheduling, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to dental clinics (Calgary + occasional Edmonton) to film and photograph engaging, trend-driven content.
- Act as on-camera spokesperson or influencer in videos (introductions, tours, educational clips, etc.).
- Interact with staff and patients to create natural, authentic footage (with consent).
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to plan shoots based on campaign goals.
- When in the office:
- Help organize content calendars and social-media posting schedules.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Communicate with clients and ensure timely delivery of content and updates.
- Stay current with social-media trends and bring new creative ideas to the team.
Requirements
- Confident, engaging on-camera presence; comfortable filming yourself or others.
- Experience capturing photo/video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc.).
- Familiarity with cameras, lighting, and basic audio setup.
- Understanding of social-media trends and content strategy.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Willingness to travel locally within Calgary and occasionally to Edmonton.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle for travel between clinic locations.
- Based in Calgary with availability for occasional day trips to Edmonton.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or client-facing environments.
- Basic knowledge of social-media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.).
- Experience with light video or photo editing.
