Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to support students in achieving their academic goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, strong communication skills. Duties
- Provide group tutoring sessions in subjects such as Math and Chemistry up to grade 12
- Assist students with homework, test preparation, and understanding complex concepts.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure improvement.
- Support students with special education needs by applying appropriate teaching strategies.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere to motivate students and build confidence.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in an educational or tutoring setting.
- Strong knowledge of Math and Chemistry or related subjects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs, including those requiring special education support.
- Passion for education and helping students succeed in their academic pursuits.
