Applicant must:
- Hold and maintain a valid DZ level driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- Consistently exceed customer service standards and address customer concerns professionally and courteously
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with customers, co-workers, and dispatchers.
- Have the ability to work effectively under pressure, including when working in unpredictable traffic and weather conditions
- Be comfortable using computers, tablets, cell phones, and other technology required for daily operations
- Take accountability for working safely and ensure all duties are performed in compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
- Minimum of 3 years driving experience
