What you bring to the team:
- 3+ years of interior design experience (kitchen & bath experience is your golden ticket)
- A creative eye that sees potential
- Serious sales chops you know how to build trust, create urgency, and close with confidence, in shop and in home sales
- Customer service so good, clients leave singing your praises (and sending referrals)
- Self-starter energy where you create opportunities, you don't wait for them
