Qualifications & Skills
-
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, HR, or related field
-
Experience in an HR, payroll, or corporate operations role
-
Hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll systems (ADP preferred)
-
Proven experience managing WCB claims or disability files
-
Exposure to or involvement in a Joint Health & Safety Committee
-
Strong understanding of compliance, documentation, and workplace safety practices
-
High attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information
-
Comfortable working with automation tools, digital workflows, and AI-enabled platforms
-
Strong organization, follow-up, and communication skills
