Job Overview
We are seeking a Cashier/Front End Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. This job is a dream job in food industry Mon-Fri 7.30 AM to 2.30 PM and no working on stat holidays and during Christmas week.
Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front end area
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Take Catering Orders from customers over phone and emails
- Response to customers over email or Catering orders as needed
- Coordinate delivery for customer orders with delivery partners
- Restock drinks and place order for drinks as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food handling regulations is a plus
- Excellent time management skills
- Should be able to reconcile the tills at end of the day
- Pro Serve license will be good
