We are looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused professional who can confidently manage client relationships from first inquiry to final design and beyond.
This role combines:
- Inside sales
- In-home consultations
- Showroom consultations
- Client follow-up
- Design
- Relationship-building

You’ll work with homeowners, builders, commercial clients, and car enthusiasts who expect professionalism, responsiveness, and a high-quality experience from start to finish.
This is NOT retail sales. It’s consultative, relationship-driven selling backed by a premium product and a strong reputation.
Training is provided to learn and render our premium garage solutions so you can confidently present and sell them to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and manage inbound leads professionally and promptly
- Conduct in-home consultations, measurements, and estimates
- Meet clients in our showroom as required
- Create customized garage designs and project proposals
- Follow up consistently with leads and active projects
- Build trust and guide clients through the sales process
- Ensure accuracy of quotes, orders, and project details
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and business development opportunities
- Deliver a premium customer experience from first contact to completion
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of sales experience (consultative or relationship-based preferred)
- Experience in construction, home improvement, interior design, luxury products, or related industries is a major asset.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities
- Professional, polished, and customer-focused
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and performance-driven = High closing rate
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Good eye for design and attention to detail to understand and present garage solutions effectively
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Reliable car and Class 5 driver’s license required
- Must be a resident of BC
- Ability to accommodate some weekends or evening consultations

- Uncapped commission — total first-year earning potential $70K–$120K+
