Grant Park Animal Hospital is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. We are seeking individuals with experience working in the veterinary field and with an appreciation for excellent customer service in a busy, growing independently owned hospital. We are looking to fill a full-time position. Evenings and Saturday shifts will be expected.
As the face of our clinic, you will be greeting clients and pets upon arrival to ensure a welcoming environment. Duties will include scheduling and confirming appointments, answering phone calls & emails from clients, maintaining accurate patient/client medical records, invoicing/processing payments, collaborating with our veterinary team to ensure seamless communication, maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic, triaging appointments and much more.
