Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Associate who can generate new business, build long-term customer relationships, and help oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company. This is a key role for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, municipalities, and construction companies.
- Prepare quotes, follow up on estimates, and close sales.
- Manage customer accounts from inquiry to delivery.
- Process invoices, billing, and payment collection.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch to ensure orders are completed on schedule.
- Keep customer information and sales records organized.
- Help improve company processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Represent Universal Precast professionally and provide outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in construction, concrete, building materials, or industrial sales is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
- Able to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
