We're Hiring Graphic Designer & Video Editor
Our team is growing... and we couldn't be more excited.
We're officially looking for a full-time Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join Leclair Marketing.
If you're the kind of person who gets excited about beautiful branding, editing creative reels, obsessing over the little details, and bringing new ideas to life... keep reading.
This position is primarily work from home, but we're a collaborative team and genuinely enjoy creating together. We get together regularly for content days, brainstorming sessions, coffee meetings, and team workdays, with at least one in-person meetup each month.
We're looking for someone located in New Brunswick, preferably in the Greater Moncton area, so it's easy for us to collaborate in person.
A little about the role...
Your focus will be exactly what the title says: graphic design and video editing.
You'll help create content for a variety of amazing businesses across New Brunswick and beyond. Every day looks a little different, but some of the projects you could be working on include:
- Social media graphics
- Carousel posts
- Reels and short-form video editing
- Promotional videos
- Branding projects
- Marketing material
- Client presentations
- Creative assets for campaigns
- And whatever exciting project lands on our desk next.
This is not a social media management position. Your role is to create the visuals that bring our clients' brands to life.

What we're looking for
✔ Strong graphic design experience
✔ Strong video editing experience
✔ A portfolio that showcases both
✔ Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
✔ Experience using video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
✔ Fluent in both French and English
✔ Your own computer and a reliable internet connection

- Remote position (New Brunswick preferred)
- Greater Moncton area strongly preferred
- Full-time
- $17.80/hour
- Start date: August 2026
This position begins with a 3-month trial period. After that, we'll revisit the role together with the goal of building something long-term. We're not just looking to fill a position, we're looking for someone who wants to grow alongside us.
