Role Summary
The ideal candidate is friendly and outgoing but professional and detail oriented. Has strong soft skills with clients but who also understands the importance of sales and administration. Assisting in the quality, accuracy and efficiency of club operations from the front line to back office administration.
- Supporting management from point of view as first contact with members, administrators, instructors.
- Working closely with the owner to ensure smooth day-day operation
- Manage and maintain the administration of membership and personal training agreements.
- Follow-up with delinquent and incomplete member accounts.
- Administration support, answering multi-line phone systems, answer information request emails.
- Sales support administration
- Consistently greeting members/customers/guests in a friendly manner and ensuring check-in upon entry.
- Entering accurate information in multiple spreadsheets and completing various tasks assigned by management.
- Able to thrive in an extremely busy environment and maintain organization.
Must be able to reliably commit to work Monday 12pm-10pm, Tuesdays/Wednesdays and Thursdays 12pm-8pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm.
Must be able to reliably commute to our facility at 150 Lesmill Rd in North York.
