Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager with a strong background in the janitorial industry to lead our growth initiatives. Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets within assigned territories and markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead negotiations for contracts and service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and delivery of services.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for senior management on sales performance and market trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Experience
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development within the janitorial or facility services industry is required.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through strategic planning and relationship management.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience closing complex deals.
- Familiarity with project management principles to oversee client onboarding and service delivery processes.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to B2B sales in the cleaning or facilities management sector.
- Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
