Evolution Technologies is hiring talent individuals to join our team at our head office in Port Coquitlam, BC as an Service Coordinator.
Responsibilities: Answering customer inquiries by phone and email, arranging RMA's, service, and maintenance of products, recording and logging all service calls.
Required work experience: 5+ years in a service role, preferably in a wholesale trade or healthcare field.
Skills required: Interpersonal skills, 50+ WPM typing, fluent in English (written and verbal), knowledge of ERP and Office software.
Education: Diploma or higher
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
