We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Product Specialist to help customers discover the benefits of electric bikes and find the perfect model for their lifestyle. What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Learn and confidently explain the features, benefits, and technology of our electric bikes and accessories.
- Conduct test rides and product demonstrations.
- Recommend e-bikes and accessories based on each customer's needs, budget, and riding goals.
- Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service before and after the sale.
- Stay current on new products, industry trends, and e-bike technology.
- Assist with merchandising, showroom presentation, and inventory organization.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate customer records.
- Work collaboratively with the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales goals.
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail or sales experience (cycling, sporting goods, automotive, or outdoor recreation is an asset).
- Interest in electric bikes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable learning technical product information and explaining it in simple terms.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move bicycles weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience riding or owning an electric bike.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of bicycles.
- Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.
- No criminal record
