Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and care
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health regulations
- Educate clients on nail care, maintenance, and retail product options
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and service quality
- Assist in front desk reception and taking payments
Skills
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a portfolio of completed work
- Expertise in various nail techniques including gel and nail art
- Knowledge of body waxing procedures and best practices is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Commitment to sanitation standards to ensure client safety and hygiene
- Ability to upsell services and retail products tactfully to enhance revenue opportunities
- Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and provide personalized recommendations
- Retail sales experience is a plus, with the ability to promote products confidently
