- Status: Full-Time ( or Part-Time available)

Key Responsibilities
- Client Service: Welcoming and assisting walk-in clients.
- Communication: Answering incoming phone calls to handle inquiries, bookings, and customer support.
- Travel Research: Researching travel itineraries, transit routes, and entry/visa requirements as needed.
- Team Support: Directly assisting management with daily administrative tasks and office operations.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous professional experience working in the travel industry is required.
- Technical Skills: Excellent, hands-on knowledge of travel destinations, airline fares, and industry booking systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with excellent customer service abilities.
- Core Traits: High attention to detail, highly organized, and a self-motivated work ethic.
- Computer Literacy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, live chats, and internal booking engines.
Assets:
TICO Certification: Possession of a valid TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) Travel Counsellor or Supervisor licence is a strong asset
Language Skills: Fluency in Ukrainian (written and verbal) is highly preferred to support specific client demographics.
Proximity: Residing in close proximity to the job location is considered a definite asset.
