This role is responsible for owning our online order flow during the most important part of the day—making sure every order is picked, packed, and sent out accurately, efficiently, and to standard. It’s focused, hands-on work where precision matters. You'll be working from our beautiful gallery in the Distillery District, where you can excel at developing your product knowledge—which is essential for order accuracy.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and fulfill all online orders throughout your shift
- Pick and pack orders with a high level of accuracy and care
- Double-check items, sizes, and details before shipment
- Handle customer inquiries related to online orders, including order status, pickups, and pre-sale product questions
- Keep the packing and stock areas clean, organized, and efficient
- Support the gallery floor by restocking and maintaining presentation standards when orders are caught up

What you bring:
- 6+ years in retail apparel experience
- A+ folding skills, packaging skills, and a strong eye detail to catch any product issues before they ship
- Experience in online order fulfillment preferred but not required
- Sports knowledge preferred but not required

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
