Responsibilities
- Welcome members with energy, warmth, and attention—you’re the first and last
- impression
- Support check-ins, class bookings, and trial experiences with confidence and care
- Respond to inquiries in person, via phone, texts, email and socials, maintaining a professional and upbeat tone
- Keep the studio looking immaculate: clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards
- Be the go-to for member questions, feedback, and support—know the product, know the peopleGreet
- Handle data entry tasks with precision using Google Workspace, Canva, Mind Body
- Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and courteously
- Assist the Studio Manager in lead follow-up, trial tracking, and member conversions
- Prepare new member packs, class schedules, and retail displays
- Help drive local outreach, community events, and social activations
- Stay across studio KPIs and support initiatives that drive acquisition and retention
- Support FS8’s presence in the local area through partnerships and proactive outreach
Skills
- Strong proficiency computer skills, Google Workspace tools and Mindbody/ POS systems
- Friendly, reliable, and excited by people
- Detail-oriented and take pride in a clean, polished environment
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving space—FS8 is growing, and you’ll grow with it
- A team player who’s happy to roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever needed
- Previous fitness, hospitality, or retail experience is a bonus—but not a must
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 per week
