We are looking for a skilled Line Cook with Kerala (South Indian) cuisine experience to join our kitchen team. If you have hands-on experience preparing authentic Kerala dishes and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Kerala dishes (curries, biryani, seafood, etc.)
- Manage assigned kitchen station (line cooking)
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assist with prep work and kitchen organization
- Work closely with the team during busy service hours
✅ Requirements
- Experience in Kerala / South Indian cuisine (must)
- Previous experience as a line cook or similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability (weekends required)
⭐ Preferred
- Experience in restaurant or takeout kitchen
- Familiar with dishes like Kerala biryani, curries, fry items, and tandoor (optional)
