We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accounting Coordinator to join our Accounting & Administration team. The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel as well as have excellent data entry accuracy. Good at basic accounting tasks like data entry, invoicing, filing, and accounts payable/receivable support. Great communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for this role.
Requirements / Qualifications
· A minimum of 2 years of working experience, related to accounting field.
· University degree with a major in a Business, Finance/Accounting field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Proficient skill set with Microsoft Suite specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formulas, etc.) and Outlook.
· Detail oriented with excellent research, analytic and problem-solving skills.
· Clear written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with internal teams and vendors/customers.
· Able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Self-motivated, able to prioritize, multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities / Duties include but are not limited to:
Accounts Payable
- Invoice Processing & Payment Management
- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system with high accuracy.
- Process employee expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Reconciliation & Accounting Support
- General Ledger for office accounts and cash management
- Help prepare documentation for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Reporting & Collaboration
Accounts Receivable
- Comfortable directly communicating with clients, responding inquires and following up with payments (via email and phone).
- Monitor Aging Reports to identify overdue accounts.
- Answer customer inquiries about invoice details, payment histories, and statement balances.
- Reporting & Maintenance for customer master data files.
- A/R Reconciliation, supporting month-end closing by reconciling the A/R sub-ledger to the general ledger.

Pay: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
