We’re Alex & Oleg, both techs, not suits.
We’re looking for a Red Seal Technician who wants to do great work without the nonsense.
Here’s the real deal:
· No flat rate. Ever. You deserve stability, not a gamble.
· Steady hours, flexible pay structure, and benefits that actually benefit (health, dental, vision).
· Tool allowance, uniforms, and boot allowance.
· Heated, clean, well-equipped shop — we don’t cut corners.
· Parking on site, parts at cost, and after-hours shop use for your own projects, fenced parking spot for your project car (we all have one, don't we).
· Team lunches, events, and trips — yes, we actually hang out outside of work.
Who we’re looking for:
· Red Seal Tech with 3+ years of Euro brand experience.
· Good at diagnosing, not just reading fault codes.
· Takes pride in doing things right — torque specs, seals, clips, the small stuff that matters.
· Team player with a clean driving record.
DO NOT apply if you think that:
· Torqueing wheel bolts is a waste of time
· Sacrificing plastic clips and tabs is fine to get the job done faster
· Using silicone is OK on seals and gaskets, which are one time use
· Washing wheels before balancing would not make a difference
