We are currently seeking an experienced High Rise Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. For the right person, we will pay for SPRAT certification.
This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working at heights, take pride in their work, and are committed to maintaining the highest safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform exterior window cleaning on high-rise buildings
- Operate rope access systems, swing stages, and bosun chairs
- Follow all provincial safety regulations and company safety protocols
- Inspect equipment before and after use
- Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Huber brand positively on job sites
Qualifications
- Previous high-rise window cleaning experience preferred
- Very comfortable working at heights
- Knowledge of rope access systems and fall protection equipment
- Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Certifications (Assets):
- Working at Heights
- SPRAT / IRATA (if applicable)
- Swing Stage / Suspended Access certification

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Early start times
- Overtime and weekend work may be available during peak season
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
