Pivotal Staffing is currently seeking experienced Raymond Reach & Counterbalance Forklift Operators for a busy warehouse facility in Etobicoke, ON. Candidates must have hands-on experience operating Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts, possess a valid forklift license, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position combines forklift operation with general warehouse responsibilities, including shipping & receiving, inventory movement, and material handling.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely operate Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
- Load, unload, transport, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
- Perform put-away, replenishment, inventory movement, and order picking
- Assist with shipping and receiving by verifying inbound and outbound shipments
- Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to maintain inventory accuracy
- Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any equipment concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and workplace procedures
- Perform general warehouse duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid forklift license (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
- Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience
- Experience with shipping & receiving, order picking, replenishment, and inventory control
- Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to the Etobicoke location
- Ability to work night shifts and overtime as required

$21.00–$23.00 per hour
