What You'll Be Doing
- Loading and unloading trucks and organizing inventory
- Operating electric pallet jacks, skid steers, and forklift
- Preparing and staging orders for shipment
- Working in dusty environments with live earthworms for fishing
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Assisting with general warehouse duties and daily operations
- Following company procedures
Requirements
✅ Previous warehouse experience required
✅ You are comfortable working long hours up to 6 days a week
✅ Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time
✅ Able to consistently lift 30–40 lbs
✅ Experience operating warehouse equipment
✅ Comfortable working in dusty / dirty / climate controlled environments
✅ Comfortable working with live fishing bait
✅ Fast learner with strong attention to detail
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
✅ Dependable, punctual, and self motivated
✅ Team player with a positive attitude
✅ Able to follow instructions and work independently when needed
✅ Fluent in English (preferred)
