We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven Membership Sales & Front Desk Associate who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and closing sales.
This is a sales-focused position with front desk responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting leads into members through consistent follow-up, studio tours, membership presentations, and relationship building. While exceptional customer service is essential, success in this role is measured by membership growth, lead conversion, and sales performance.

Responsibilities Membership Sales & Lead Conversion
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and social media.
- Conduct studio tours and confidently present membership options.
- Convert trial guests and prospective members into long-term members.
- Achieve monthly membership sales goals and performance targets.
- Promote current sales, promotions, and membership offers.
- Generate referrals and identify opportunities to grow the member base.
- Track leads and maintain accurate records in Mindbody.
- Consistently follow Oxygen Yoga & Fitness sales systems and processes.
- Engage in daily outreach and lead generation activities.
Front Desk & Member Experience
- Create a welcoming, positive first impression for every member and guest.
- Build strong relationships with members and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist members with bookings, account questions, and studio inquiries.
- Conduct new member orientations and support members on their wellness journey.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks to support studio operations.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Proven ability to build relationships, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
- Comfortable working toward and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with lead generation, follow-up, and converting prospects into paying clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with customer relationship management and sales tracking systems is an asset.
- Experience with Mindbody software is an asset.
