We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Powersports Sales Consultant to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess strong negotiation skills, and have a passion for high-end powersports vehicles. This role involves engaging with customers, managing sales pipelines, and providing exceptional customer service to drive dealership growth. Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly valued to better serve our diverse clientele. The successful candidate will be instrumental in upselling products, supporting sales management, and enhancing overall dealership performance.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person and via phone to understand their powersports needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and B2B sales strategies
- Conduct high-end sales consultations, including product demonstrations and feature explanations
- Negotiate deals effectively to meet both customer satisfaction and dealership goals
- Support marketing efforts by promoting new models, accessories, and special promotions
- Assist in upselling related products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring a positive experience
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions
Requirements
- Must have Prior Auto Sales Experience.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, or dealership environments preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
- Multilingual skills, particularly bilingual in Spanish, are highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales management principles
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining customer records and follow-ups
- Proficiency in math for calculating payments, financing options, and deal structures
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging customers professionally
- Experience with upselling techniques and customer service excellence
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
