We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. You will be responsible for delivering a range of treatments while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service in a welcoming environment.
Duties
- Perform various skincare treatments including facials, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and makeup application.
- Sanitate all tools and workspaces according to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products and routines.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement treatments.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, handling appointments and client inquiries efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best services possible.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with eyelash extensions, body waxing, makeup application, and product demos is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, as it enhances the overall client experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members while maintaining professionalism at all times.
