About this role:
We are looking for a professional, energetic, and client focused member to be the first point of contact for our business. Responsibilities include, and not limited to, taking phone calls, replying to emails, shipping, following up on inquiries and memos, maintaining accurate documentation for client records, invoicing goods, and handling returns. This is a role for someone who is genuinely eager to learn the world of gemstones and committed to delivering a premium experience.
Wage increase to $25/hr past 3 month period.
What You will do:
- Greet and Assist Trade Clients who enter the office.
- Coordinate memo and shipping ins and outs.
- Process payments and coordinate with financial manager.
- Maintain a high level of organization at the front desk and in the display cases.
- Delegate clients to other sales members when needed.
- Contribute to, and collaborate with other staff when problems arise.
