Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone and in person, providing accurate information.
- Enter customer data accurately into our systems to ensure seamless service.
- Review maintenance requirements and service needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are fully met.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Support team efforts to meet dealership goals and uphold Murray GM’s standards.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or automotive dealership environments.
- Proficiency in data entry and phone etiquette.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Prior experience with automotive products or services is a plus.
Pay: $38,629.05-$109,760.00 per year
