If you were to come on board as our Culinary/Operations Coordinator , we’d ask you to do the following for us:
Coordination of activities and administrative support for Operations, internal departments and external clients
Completion of certified allergen awareness training is essential
Work with operators to monitor expenses and budget and Menu support
Manage the process for new contracts by ensuring amendments are added to the old contracts
Update and maintain record of communications in account files
Create and maintain a review spreadsheet which helps identify trends, identify gaps to plan, and offer suggestions for continuous improvement
Review and analysis of weekly labour capture spreadsheet
Attend monthly and periodic meetings, and take and distribute meeting minutes
Update organization charts
Handle mail, faxes and couriers
