Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Present and demonstrate products confidently, highlighting features and benefits to encourage purchase decisions
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by following up with potential clients and nurturing ongoing relationships
- Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist sales efforts by building relationships with dealers, partners, and clients
- Support sales management and estimation teams by maintaining organized records of transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels
Requirements
- Experience in retail sales and customer service environments with a focus on high-end products
- Construction knowledge, or interior design skills would be an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette for professional interactions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
