EnerClear Exteriors (www.enerclearcalgary.ca) specializes in premium exterior transformations, windows, doors, siding, and more, helping homeowners protect and enhance their homes with craftsmanship that lasts. We're a fast-growing, hands-on business built on trust, quality work, and long-term client relationships.
The team is hardworking, supportive, and takes pride in doing things right the first time. We're looking for someone who matches that energy at the door.
This role helps keep our pipeline full, connecting with homeowners in established Calgary neighborhoods and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. This is not a flyer delivery job. You'll knock doors, build trust quickly, ask good questions, and set appointments that are genuinely worth our team's time. Part-time, flexible, evenings and weekends, with real upside for strong performance.
Compensation & Availability
- Base Pay: Alberta minimum wage ($15/hour)
- Appointment Bonus: $50 per qualified appointment booked
- Schedule: 2 weekday evenings + 1 weekend shift per week (ideally)
- Hours: 6 to 12 hours per week to start
- Role Type: Part-time, performance-based
The base pay gets you out the door. The real earning potential is in the bonus for booking appointments, so this role is best suited to someone who's excited by performance-based pay.
