The Behaviour Team Inc. is seeking a Supervised Instructor Therapist to provide ABA therapy to children in our clinic location. The Behaviour Team Inc. provides high quality applied behaviour analysis services in a supportive team approach in collaboration with families and other professionals. This is a Summer contract (June-September 2026) with the possibility of a full time permanent position after the contract ends.

The duties and responsibilities of the position:
- Implement 1:1 and small group programming and behaviour intervention plans
- Collect and graph data
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)
- Create, organize, and prepare programming materials
- Communication and collaboration with team members, parents and other professionals
- Assist with parent/staff training
- Report directly to the Senior Therapist and Clinical Supervisor

- Vulnerable sector screening
- College diploma/university degree in a related field
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic and engaging with clients
- Having reliable transportation is an asset
Pay rates
This role has an hourly rate of $21.50-$24.50 The hourly rate is variable to account for the growth that an individual would experience in the role throughout their time at The Behaviour Team. ABA can be applied widely and so when hiring at The Behaviour Team, we want to ensure that new team members are highly specialized for the client and clinical program at The Behaviour Team.
When hiring team members, they are best set up for success when hiring candidates to be fully supported and building skills (0-2 years direct experience in-center ABA not other professions) which is in the hourly rate of $21.50-$22. For individuals who have extensive experience (2-3+ years direct experience in-center ABA) and education, their hourly rate would likely be at $23+.
It is possible that after hiring team members they can immediately work towards increasing their rate if their skill level meets clinical expectations.
