Growing Mississauga HVAC company is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician / Installer to join our team full-time. This position focuses on commercial and industrial HVAC installations, service, and maintenance.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on HVAC experience and a proven background in commercial sheet-metal and ductwork installation.
Commercial sheet-metal installation experience is required — minimum 3–5 years.
In addition to strong technical skills, candidates must have a valid Ontario Class G driver's licence and a clean driving abstract. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and works well as part of a team.
Compensation will be discussed based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Install commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork, thermostats, and related components, according to blueprints and schematics.
- Perform system inspections and testing following installation to ensure proper operation.
- Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair existing HVAC equipment as required.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Use plumbing, welding, and mechanical skills to assemble, install, and secure system components.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Ensure installations meet applicable codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Troubleshoot installation and equipment issues and resolve problems promptly.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, service, and repair.
- 3–5 years of commercial sheet-metal and ductwork installation experience.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including plumbing, welding, and boiler systems.
- Appliance repair or related mechanical experience is an asset.
- Experience working in commercial construction environments.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and HVAC diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of HVAC maintenance procedures and related mechanical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence and clean driving abstract.
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
