Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated <PERSON> to join our construction and restoration team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various aspects of construction, including carpentry, demolition, steel stud framing , drywall, door frame and doors install along with general knowledge of other trades. This is an opportunity to work on diverse projects such as concrete forming, and restoration work. The <PERSON> will be responsible for executing detailed tasks with precision, utilizing a wide range of tools and techniques to ensure high-quality results. Candidates should have a solid understanding of schematics, blueprints, and construction safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute construction projects accurately.
- Perform minimal concrete forming, finishing, and related activities with attention to detail.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, safely and efficiently.
- General all around construction knowledge
- Engage in restoration projects that may include demolition, rebuilding, or refurbishing existing structures.
- Assist with heavy lifting and material movement across job sites while adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment; perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting.
- Follow all safety procedures to minimize hazards on-site.Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction-related roles such as carpentry, concrete work, or restoration projects.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings essential for project execution.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively in physically demanding environments.
- Construction experience with a focus on safety protocols is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are vital for success in this role.

- Understanding of Infection control is benefical
- Looking for First aid certificate or willing to take the level 1 course we would cover
- Must have transportation, Valid drivers license
Pay: $21.45-$55.00 per hour
