Responsibilities:

Begin early morning shifts at 4 AM to support daily operations.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently, including daily unloading of 53' trailers containing up to 2,000 items.
- Responsible for lifting, moving, and stocking merchandise up to 100 lbs, such as patio furniture, barbeques, and other bulky products.
- Manage shipping & receiving tasks, ensuring proper documentation and labeling
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Use basic math skills to verify quantities and calculate weights or measurements during packing and loading processes
- Ensure the proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
Requirements / Skills

Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or order fulfillment
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, or other material handling equipment safely
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking and packing tasks
- Experience with load & unload procedures using various equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
