Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas according to health regulations.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Assist in food preparation and setup as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments.
- Support team members to create a positive dining environment.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
