We are growing and looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day service and support to existing clients (auto, home, and small business insurance)
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-office interactions
- Review coverage with clients and identify opportunities for additional protection
- Support the sales team with quoting and follow-ups as needed
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Assist with claims guidance and documentation
- Deliver exceptional day-to-day service to existing clients (auto, home, and small business)
- Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
- Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Review client coverage and identify gaps or improvement opportunities
- Support advisors with quoting, follow-ups, and retention
- Guide clients through claims with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Desjardins standards
- Assist myself in Social media marketing/Ad Campaigns
- 1-2+ years of customer service experience (insurance or bank experience is an asset)
- OTL licensed (or willing to obtain within a defined timeframe)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
