Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Line Cook/Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes according to recipes and standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support daily food production
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware
- Ensure all food handling practices meet health and safety regulations
- Support the team during busy service hours by managing dishwashing duties promptly
- Follow proper food safety procedures and sanitation protocols at all times
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist with basic cooking tasks under the supervision of senior kitchen staff
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all duties
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and food handling standards is a plus
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or hotel service can enhance performance in this role
- Knowledge of basic kitchen safety practices is beneficial
- No prior experience necessary; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued
