Renovation Carpenter
BL Renovations is looking for a skilled and reliable Renovation Carpenter to join our team. We work on residential and light commercial renovation projects, including framing, drywall, trim, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, exterior work, repairs, and general construction.
The ideal candidate has hands-on renovation experience, strong attention to detail, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
Duties
Read and follow drawings, measurements, layouts, and job instructions.
Complete carpentry and renovation work, including framing, trim, cabinets, flooring, drywall, siding, tile, doors, and general repairs.
Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with demolition, material handling, site preparation, and cleanup.
Support basic plumbing, electrical, concrete, or masonry-related tasks when required.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite.
Work well with clients, coworkers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Qualifications
Experience in carpentry, renovations, construction, or handyman work.
Ability to read drawings, measure accurately, and follow instructions.
Skilled with common hand tools and power tools.
Knowledge of framing, finishing, flooring, drywall, siding, tile, or cabinetry is an asset.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Physically able to lift materials, work from ladders, and handle active jobsite conditions.
Valid driver’s licence preferred.
Reliable transportation required.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
