Job Title: Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving

Our client is seeking a Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving professional to support warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and material handling activities while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
What's the Job?
- Inspect and accept incoming shipments against supplier packing lists.
- Ensure all received items are in satisfactory condition.
- Complete material fulfillment requests as required.
- Perform receiving, labeling, storing, picking, packing, issuing, disposal, and cycle counting of inventory items.
- Verify supplier deliveries against packing lists and purchase orders and report discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure outgoing inventory is properly packed with accurate and complete documentation.
- Improve efficiency and safety by optimizing warehouse bin locations.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping within warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts.
- Support kitting and Kanban point-of-use replenishment activities.
- Investigate and resolve inventory and warehouse-related issues as directed by the Supervisor.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and QHSE standards.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment after completing required training and certification.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What's Needed?
- Previous shipping and receiving experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
- Experience handling inventory transactions and documentation.
- Forklift experience is considered an asset.
- Successful completion of a criminal record check.
- Successful completion of drug testing and fit-for-work testing.
