Gabriel industries is seeking a smart, hard-working 4th year or Journeyman Electrician.
Successful candidate will have an oportunity to be a foreman on mid sized projects.
We are responsible for the installation of electrical control wiring (24v-120v) As well as installing and troubleshooting HVAC controls and control circuits during the construction phase of each project.
If you have instrumentation or are interesting in instrumentation that is a benefit. Althought we are not instrumentation tech's there is a lot of cross over into what we do.
We're looking for an individual who has a passion for this field,likes to think outside the box and enjoys a challenge. The successful Journeyman Electrician will have a strong work ethic, a strong desire to learn and the ability to work closely with their team as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision.
*Successful candidates will receive a raise after a 3 month probation period
Responsibilities:
- Comply with safety regulations.
- Read blueprints and electrical drawings.
- Install electrical wiring
- Run Conduit
- Communicate with clients on contractual terms.
- understand electrical code and be able to read and interpret the code book
- Interest in complex control systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
