Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role based in Montreal, QC. The Retail Salesperson will provide in-store customer service, greeting visitors, understanding their needs, and recommending products that match their style, fit, and budget. Daily responsibilities include explaining fabric types and product features, answering questions about sizing and care, processing sales transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. The role also involves restocking merchandise, helping shipping team with e-commerce orders and organizing inventory.
Qualifications
- Strong Retail Sales and Sales abilities, with a focus on meeting targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Solid Customer Service and Communication skills to engage clients, listen actively, and provide clear, friendly guidance.
- Demonstrated Product Knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about denim fabrics, fits, and construction details.
- Reliability in on-site work, including flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Previous retail or fashion industry experience preferred; experience with premium or specialty products is an asset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple customers at once, and handle POS systems accurately.
- Comfort working in an inclusive, diverse environment and contributing to a respectful store culture.
- English and French language skills in Montreal are required
Pay: $16.10-$19.00 per hour
