Summary
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our new shared facility located at Hwy 14 & 75, St. Jean Baptiste, MB. We currently operate locations in AB and SK, and are starting a small team in MB.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Manage a team of workers, providing guidance and support.
- Operate and oversee forklift/skid steer operations safely.
- Ensure compliance with provincial safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain equipment, including hand tools and power tools.
- Monitor workflow and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with off site office staff to address issues.
- Keep accurate records of production metrics.
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly processes.
- Supervisory experience (small team)
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Warehouse experience is an asset.
- Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
