Depending on your experience, you may provide one or more of the following:
- Residential, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning
- Home organization
- Lawn care and landscape maintenance
- Seasonal yard cleanups
- Property maintenance and handyman services

Contractor Requirements
- Previous experience in your trade is preferred
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- Smartphone with internet access
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and manage assignments effectively
- Valid WorkSafeBC registration and clearance, where applicable
- Minimum $2 million commercial general liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it before activation
- Criminal Record Check
- Own tools, equipment, and supplies appropriate for your trade
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
We welcome both experienced individuals and established teams specializing in cleaning, landscaping, home organization, and property maintenance.
Compensation and Availability
- Indeed pay range: $25–$45 per hour
- Compensation is based on completed bookings
- Earnings vary depending on the services accepted, project size, efficiency, availability, and customer demand
- Contractors choose their own availability and may accept or decline individual assignments
- Daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities may be available
- Work volume may range from approximately 5–40 hours per week but is not guaranteed
Work Location
On the road throughout the Tri-Cities and Lower Mainland.
