Experienced Renovation Carpenter / Construction Worker

Elegant Design Inc. is looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated renovation carpenter/construction worker to join our growing team.
We specialize in:
- Kitchen renovations
- Bathroom renovations
- Basement renovations
- Flooring installation
- Drywall and framing
- Doors and windows
- General residential renovations
Responsibilities:
- Complete residential renovation projects with attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Perform framing, drywall installation, taping, flooring, trim, finishing carpentry, demolition, and general renovation work
- Install doors, windows, cabinets, and other finish materials
- Read measurements, follow project plans, and solve problems on site
- Load and unload materials and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of residential renovation or carpentry experience
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, hardwood)
- Trim and finishing carpentry
- Door and window installation
- Framing and general carpentry
- Kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Basic tile installation is considered an asset
Requirements:
- Experience using power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
