Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Perform upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members
- Effectively manage time to prioritize tasks during busy retail hours
- Make daily cold calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base
- Uphold professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients over the phone
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, technical sales, or related fields preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively and conduct product demos confidently
- Basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during shifts
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is desirable but not mandatory

- Min Wages + Sales Commission
