Real Estate Partners (REPYYC) is an established Calgary real estate team focused on elevating our commercial real estate presence.
We’re looking to partner with an experienced commercial real estate agent who wants to grow their business, strengthen their personal brand, and play a meaningful role in shaping the next stage of our commercial division.
This opportunity combines the agent’s commercial experience with REPYYC’s recognized brand, extensive residential network, recurring commercial referrals, and comprehensive marketing and operational support.
The right agent will work closely with Slav Loban, our Operations Manager, and collaborate with agents across our team to serve commercial clients and co-grow a stronger commercial real estate platform.
We’re not looking to simply add another agent to a roster. We want to partner with an experienced professional who sees the value of combining their expertise with our team’s referrals, infrastructure, marketing capabilities, and established Calgary presence.

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is an experienced, licensed commercial real estate professional who:
- Has experience representing commercial buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, or investors
- Understands commercial prospecting, relationship development, and transaction management
- Can confidently manage follow-ups, client communication, and a commercial sales pipeline
- Wants to grow both their personal brand and their commercial practice
- Values collaboration and is comfortable partnering with residential agents on referred opportunities
- Is proactive, professional, responsive, and committed to excellent client service
- Wants meaningful input into the development of a growing commercial division

Responsibilities
- Respond to and cultivate commercial referrals from across the REPYYC network
- Prospect for new commercial clients and business opportunities
- Consult with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors
- Research properties, market conditions, comparable transactions, and opportunities
- Prepare and present commercial real estate strategies and recommendations
- Coordinate showings, negotiations, offers, counteroffers, amendments, and due diligence
- Maintain consistent follow-up and accurately manage the sales pipeline
