What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform laser hair removal treatments (Diode/IPL)
- Conduct skin consultations and recommend treatments
- Perform facials, microneedling, and skincare treatments
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment plans
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
- Build strong relationships with clients (repeat business is key)
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Medical Esthetician or Laser Technician
- Experience with laser hair removal (preferred)
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Confident upselling treatments & packages
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Team player with a growth mindset
Bonus (not required but valuable):
- Experience with medical-grade devices
- Sales experience in a clinic setting
Compensation
- $19-$21/hour (based on experience)
