What You'll Do
- Perform all aspects of residential and commercial carpentry.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and finishing details.
- Complete renovations, repairs, and new construction projects.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
- Work collaboratively with team members, subcontractors, and clients to deliver outstanding results.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a carpenter.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong work ethic with a positive, professional attitude.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.
- Knowledge and experience with ICF Installation is considered an asset.
